Not the original but contains everything in it that the ordinal one does. PLEASE NOTE - With part built models I cannot guarantee every part is there, hence the lowered prices. Please examine the pictures carefully. These models were made by my uncle, who had a large collection. He generally started making one, stopped, put it away and moved onto the next one so I have no reason to believe bits are missing but cannot confirm it.
