The moon is at the top of the picture and beyond the Earth as viewed by Voyager. At a distance of 119 AU (about 16.5 light-hours) from the Sun as of late 2018, moving at a velocity of 15.341 km/s (55,230 km/h) relative to the Sun,Voyager 2 is the fourth of five spacecraft to achieve the escape velocity that will allow them to leave the Solar System.
