Explanation The blizzard type (special type) destroyers, of which a total of 24 were built, are divided into three types: Type I, Type II, and Type III, and Hibiki was commissioned in 1933 as one of the four III type destroyers. During World War II, the three damaged but surviving ships were delivered to the Soviet Union as reparations ships after being engaged in the transportation of returnees after the war.
