LP-55 Dark Yellow 2 is part of Tamiya's LP lacquer paint range, providing the dark yellow [Dunkelgelb] used as the base colour for late-war German Wehrmacht vehicles from 1943 onwards. This second variant covers the tonal variation in Dunkelgelb applied by different manufacturers and in different batches — the colour that replaced Panzer Grey as the German standard and was subsequently modified with field-applied camouflage.
